Iackpot Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and iackpot ("Platform", "us"). This document governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features provided through the iackpot website and mobile app.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the iackpot platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and iackpot.

2.1 Age Requirement

The iackpot platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. We take underage access seriously and reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on iackpot. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. iackpot conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of our compliance procedures. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, or payment method details for verification purposes.

• Valid date of birth
• An active email address used exclusively for one iackpot account
• A valid and reachable phone number
• Accurate current country of residence

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes but is not limited to bets placed, deposits made, and communications sent through the iackpot platform.

3.1 Password Security

You are required to set a strong password and keep it confidential. iackpot recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. If you suspect your password or account has been compromised, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

3.2 Third-Party Account Use

Your iackpot account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, lend, or grant access to your account to any third party for any reason. iackpot is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Iackpot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. VIP members enjoy higher daily deposit limits compared to standard members. You can check the limits applicable to your account in the Wallet section or by contacting our customer support.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To process a withdrawal, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific situations approved by iackpot management.

• Withdrawal processing time: typically within a short timeframe for verified members
• Withdrawals for Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority in the processing queue
• Iackpot reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold
• Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded

4.4 Inactive Funds

Accounts that are inactive (no login or transactions) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee deducted from the account balance. You will be notified via your registered email before any fee is charged.

Iackpot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms and wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are a multiplier applied to a bonus amount that determines how much you need to wager before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus.

5.2 VIP Program

The iackpot VIP Program comprises four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each with its own set of benefits. VIP tier upgrades are based on cumulative deposits over a 3-month period. Full VIP program terms and benefits can be found on the VIP us.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Iackpot has an active detection system to identify bonus abuse. Actions such as hedge betting, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or any strategy deemed to be an abuse of the bonus system are prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

All games on the iackpot platform use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness in every game outcome. The result of each game is final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

6.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, system disruption, or software error during a gaming session, iackpot reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the wagered amount to your account. Any winnings resulting from a recognised technical failure are invalid and will not be paid out.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits displayed before the game begins. These limits may vary based on your VIP tier. Diamond VIP members enjoy higher maximum betting limits on most games compared to standard members.

6.3 Maximum Wins

Some slot games and bonuses may have a maximum win cap. This cap will be clearly stated in the relevant game rules. iackpot is not obligated to pay out any winnings that exceed the specified maximum limit.

To ensure a safe and fair experience for all users, iackpot strictly prohibits the following conduct on our platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform
• Collusion between players to exploit games or the bonus system
• Any form of fraud, money laundering attempts, or suspicious transactions
• Threats, abuse, or offensive language directed at support staff or other players
• Registering an account under another person's name or using borrowed or stolen identity information
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical functionality of the iackpot platform
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting iackpot customer support. Prior to closure, all available cash balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Responsible Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent one. Once activated, no one — including yourself — can reverse the exclusion before the period ends. More information is available on the Responsible Gaming.

8.3 Closure by iackpot

Iackpot reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. In such cases, iackpot will notify you via your registered email and provide an opportunity to appeal where applicable.

The iackpot platform is provided "as is" and iackpot makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Iackpot will not be held liable for any financial losses arising from betting activity on our platform. Betting involves the risk of losing money, and you are solely responsible for the betting decisions you make.

Iackpot is not liable for any service disruption, data loss, or other consequences arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connection failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

Iackpot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with the most recent update date clearly indicated.

Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or urgent legal compliance requirements.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and iackpot, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team first for an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to pursue the designated arbitration process before initiating any formal legal action.
